    Chris….That depends on several things….the price of the home, the buyers credit, job history, employer and previous landlord references, etc.

    Linda…The door goes into a large mudroom just off the kitchen…It is real nice to have in the winter…all the snow, wet boots, etc. go in the mudroom, and NOT on the living room carpet….It is also very handy for unloading groceries directly into the kitchen!
